Deposit Requirement
24-Hour Notice
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred appointment slot. This ensures that your time is reserved for your specific braid style and hair length.
To maintain a smooth schedule, please provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for their turn.
Arrival Grace Period
I offer a 15–20 minute grace period for late arrivals. This allows us to prepare your space and ensure a smooth transition. After this window, appointments may be cancelled due to scheduling constraints.
